I have PHP 5.2.17 and MySQL 5.0.95 installed and we are running an Apache 2 server. I have created the MySQL database and edited the Machform config.php script with the correct database name, username and password. I have added the following two lines to my php.ini file as recommended by other posts on this topic:</p> <p>extension=pdo.so<br /> extension=pdo_mysql</p> <p>I have also restarted our Apache server.
