However no matter what I do (turn off 2 step authentication and even do it manually in the database TSV=0) each time I login or any of the users login, we are invited to scan the QR code and do a 2 step authentication. Every time I try to disable 2-step, I just clears the connection with the authenticator but is still requiring 2-step authentication upon login.</p> <p>Is there another way to disable this?</p> <p>Thanks<br /> Bob </p>
