In older versions, the only option was to click the link for the file, which prompted for the Admin's user and pw to view the file.</p> <p>Nowadays (latter 3.x and 4.x versions) you can also have the option of sending the file as an attachment to the email which you simply click to open as you would any normal email attachment.</p> <p>However if that is not what you want, then check that you haven't accidentally turned on the "Send File as email attachment" option.
