Stripe has a way to enter a customer and their card and then use a key to charge customer again via API without entering the CC info again. Does the MachForm implementation of Stripe allow that?

My goal is a form, used on an occasional basis, that allows me to enter a name or key into a form field, and have the customer associated with that key be charged a specified value when form submitted. For example, I use form to charge a consultation fee for phone help each time a client calls. I put in Client Name or code in the instant form and the client gets charged and form stores details in form dB

Thanks for suggestions
