<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm afraid there is no option to do &#34;authorize only&#34;. Sorry. A workaround I could think of, simply charge your client for $1 for the initial transaction, so that the credit card data will be saved into your Stripe account.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Later, you can either charge the client for any additional amount or refund the $1 payment.

&#60;p&#62;I am thinking of switching to Stripe because I want to be able to authorize transactions but not actually charge them until I can confirm their booking availability. Can I do this via Machform and Stripe settings? Can this be done with Paypal? &#60;/p&#62;
