To anyone else having this issue. Contact your hosting company and make sure that the correct version of PHP is installed. What my host claimed to be running was not what was installed. It was a quick fix from their tech support though. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The script provided by Yuniar (above) will give you the true PHP version as he stated.

Are you sure your site is running that version?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Try to create a file and give it a name &#34;info.php&#34;, then put this code inside the file:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;pre&#62;&#60;code&#62;&#38;lt;?php phpinfo(); ?&#38;gt;&#60;/code&#62;&#60;/pre&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Then upload the file into your machform folder and run it.&#60;br /&#62;
It should display the correct PHP version.
