The way this works in Machform is that you give the field that should only be accessible by authorized users the &#34;Admin Only&#34; property under &#34;Field Visible to&#34; in the &#34;Field Properties&#34; tab when you are editing your form. Then you need to give the authorized users the rights to edit entries for this form in the &#34;Users Manager&#34; page (&#34;Users&#34; tab) of the Admin interface. The authorized users will need to log on to the Machform admin interface to make changes to the &#34;Admin Only&#34; field; they can't do it directly in the form.

I have created a form to manage Holiday Requests from Staff. Is there a way to have an approval field (dropdown or choice of some type) that can only be changed by authorised users?&#60;/p&#62;
