We've updated v4.4 package with the fix on July 13th, 2015. Please download it from member area.
And yes, only builder.js file need to be updated for this particular bug.

Is there an ETA on this forthcoming update? Is it just going to be coming in the next patch cycle? I'm guessing this was just something left out of the builder.js file. Anyway to just share the new version of that file before the next patch?

Yes, thank you. We received this bug report several days ago and it affect several field types (date, phone, name, etc). We have the fix for this already and will release it soon.

The bug only affect the preview part of your form (when building the form), while your live form won't get affected.

I don't think this bug is restricted to the Phone field. There seems to be a problem displaying updated fields after they have been changed that affects all or nearly all the "multi-part" fields. Make a name, phone, or address field required. The asterisk won't show up unless you save the form. (You don't have to get out of the form completely to make the asterisk appear; you can click on "Yes, continue editing.")

If you add a new name field and change it from the normal name format to any other, such as full, the name field collapses to a rectangle a few pixels high. It doesn't come back even if you change the name format back to normal until you save the form. Once you save it, you cannot change the format of the name field, so make sure you try this with a newly created one.

I have found a minor bug in the Edit Form screen. Here is the scenario.

Edit an existing form that has a phone field with American format with the label Phone (or any label).

Change the format to International format. The Field Label is no longer displayed.

Change the format back to American format. The Field Label is still not displayed.

Exit the editor and then get back into the editor. The field label is properly displayed.

This happens only in the editor. The Field Label is always displayed properly in View mode.
