We received this bug report several days ago and it affect several field types (date, phone, name, etc). There seems to be a problem displaying updated fields after they have been changed that affects all or nearly all the "multi-part" fields. Make a name, phone, or address field required. The asterisk won't show up unless you save the form. (You don't have to get out of the form completely to make the asterisk appear; you can click on "Yes, continue editing.")</p> <p>If you add a new name field and change it from the normal name format to any other, such as full, the name field collapses to a rectangle a few pixels high. It doesn't come back even if you change the name format back to normal until you save the form. Here is the scenario.</p> <p>Edit an existing form that has a phone field with American format with the label Phone (or any label).</p> <p>Change the format to International format. The Field Label is no longer displayed.</p> <p>Change the format back to American format. The Field Label is still not displayed.</p> <p>Exit the editor and then get back into the editor. The field label is properly displayed.</p> <p>This happens only in the editor. The Field Label is always displayed properly in View mode. </p>
