<description>&#60;p&#62;It could be caused by a number of things but including the following:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;1) Your host's file upload limit setting in the php file; what is that setting?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;2) The setting under theMachform file upload field properties.  You can set a maximum file size there - have you set it to 1300 MB (but not sure it even allows that much)?  You would need to then ensure your php.ini file upload size is the same, or more than 1.3 GB.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;@kastech might be right - the I/O error could be disk related, such as running out of diskspace.
