If your customer does have the second version of 4.4, then, if they delete all of the entries, they will see a link called "Reset Entry Number" under the message "No Entries. This form doesn't have any entries yet." Part of the process of resetting the starting number of the entries to 1 is that all of the entries are purged.</p> <p>If they don't see the "Reset Entry Number" link, they will have to upgrade to version 4.5.
