This is the response I received. You can try disabling mod_security from cPanel to see if the program functions, otherwise 403 errors can be caused by invalid file permissions as well. It cannot be selectively disabled for a particular folder at this time but you can turn it off for a particular domain. I disabled the mod security for the domain. When I go to save my form one of three things happens. 1) It will save normally 2) It will hang on the saving form animation 3) I get the following error: Error while saving.
