&#60;p&#62;Yeah usually the support is amazing, always within a day. I love Appnitro. But it has been 7 days. I have emailed both via above email and contact form. I finally found Yunair's personal email and mobile and he has touched base with me but he is out at the moment and no reply since. Odd for such a long reply. has anyone else had a reply from support (Andar or anyone) in the last 7 days or am I the only one? I checked SPAM and also the web form follow up ticket and nothing. very odd. I hope they are ok.

&#60;p&#62;Strange though, usually the response time is 24 hours (allow for time differences - their support is business hours Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm GMT +7:00
