It works great. However after they submit it, I then go to the entry via my control panel and print it as a PDF and email a copy to my customers. At the top of the PDF, it shows the form name, then a blue graphical arrow and then the entry #. </p> <p>Form name &gt; #38</p> <p>This information is irrelevant to my customers. Is there a way to hide this from my PDF print outs? </p>
