After a private email consultation, you figured out that it may have something to do with my free hosting account on godaddy.com. My free hosting account had paid advertisements on my website which conflicted with the form. When I clicked on the file in my email client, instead of downloading the file, it opened a new browser tab that simply read "ÿØÿà" at the top of the page.<br /> Any suggestions? </p>
