Update...all is working great now! After a private email consultation, you figured out that it may have something to do with my free hosting account on godaddy.com. My free hosting account had paid advertisements on my website which conflicted with the form. I upgraded for just a few dollars per month to an economy hosting package with them, which took the advertisements off and let the "file upload" do it's magic.
I don't know how else to thank you!

I think we need to go further in private to investigate this.
Please check your email. I've just sent you one.

Hello,

MachForm doesn't send file as attachment, instead a download link is given.
However, it's weird that you get that junk character.

Are you able to download the file from inside MachForm admin panel?

Try this quick test, edit your download.php file, search around line 13, you will find this code:

require('includes/check-session.php');

remove that line.

Then try to click the link from your email client again. Is it working?

Hello,
I was able to use my first "test form" with a file uploader, and it worked fine and the uploaded file was actually a link in my email (not as an attachment). When I clicked on the file in my email client, instead of downloading the file, it opened a new browser tab that simply read "ÿØÿà" at the top of the page.
Any suggestions?
