I would like to be able to grant a user the right to edit a form limited to changing the existing fields, but <strong>not</strong> give them the ability to add a field or, <em>especially</em>, to <em><strong>delete</strong></em> a field. I suppose giving a user the right to add a field without the ability to delete it would be OK, but that would mean that users who added fields by accident would have to ask me to remove them, and I would rather avoid that. </p>
