PHP Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in /home/keys2/public_html/machform/installer.php on line 30

Have you enabled the PDO PHP extension; this is something your host might have to do if you don't have the means to turn on or off certain PHP extensions/features. It's technical but here's the PHP documentation for PDO (acronym : PHP Data Objects).
http://php.net/manual/en/intro.pdo.php

This is not strictly and directly a Machform issue.

I expect Appnitro could check this for you (contact them directly below), otherwise it is best to contact your hosting service's Helpdesk.
http://www.appnitro.com/contact

If you didn't follow exactly the install instruction (such as excluding the /data, /hooks folders and the configuration.php file) then you might have issues but it wouldn't cause this problem you describe.

Hello, I receive the error on my website where I just tried to installed machform. I followed your installation documentation but when getting to the running script part I get a Server Error. Upon looking at the error log file, this line is there:
PHP Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in /home/keys2/public_html/machform/installer.php on line 30

Where did I go wrong?

I uploaded the Machform Zip Folder first, extract and changed the config.php file within cpanel. This is not according to the documentation, but should not be an issue?
