&#60;p&#62;log in to your Admin panel =&#38;gt; Settings =&#38;gt;Miscellaneous Settings. Look for the MachForm URL and update there. This field I believe is created during the install process, but if you move the MachForm and do not update, you end up with similar results to what you are describing.

I'm guessing the answer is no to this question but is it possible to have the web address provided for the &#34;Save and Resume later&#34; feature be the same as the one where the form is hosted? &#60;/p&#62;

The form is at &#60;a href=&#34;http://domain.com/test/beginning&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://domain.com/test/beginning&#60;/a&#62;&#60;br /&#62;
but the web address provided is &#60;a href=&#34;http://&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://&#60;/a&#62; mf.domain.com/view.php?id=21013&#38;#38;mf_resume=k234hjui
