When go thru the process and MachForms takes me to PayPal, I start out at devloper.paypal.com but then it wants me to log in and it appears its the live PayPal site.. When I go I get this message:</p> <p>Sorry — your last action could not be completed<br /> You cannot email money to yourself. Please enter another user's email address if you would like to send money to someone.</p> <p>Do I have to sign up for a new account on Developer PayPal site to make use of the test mode? </p>
