One such is that you have the permissions set incorrectly on the directory. Another is that you have an .htaccess file that is not allowing you to do anything in the directory. I am trying to install this script and recieving "Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /machform/installer.php on this server." all my parameters are set the same and I am the master user.
