&#60;p&#62;One more though, can I place text or html coding between fields?  For instance, I want to visually divide some sections with horizontal rulers (and maybe heading text), but can't find actual php coding for the forms.&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;Brand new - just purchased last night.  Did a search and can't find answer to this question - if I missed it, please forgive me.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Maybe I missed something on my first form set up, but the form folder name came out form_1.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I would like the folrders to be named the form title.  Is that possible, and can I rename the existing one so I don't have to re-create the form?&#60;/p&#62;
