But, it seems as if there is an inordinate amount of distance between my submit button and the HTML coding below it.</p> <p>I am using a PHP require for the form, and that may have some affect, but not sure.</p> <p>Can you look at this and see if there is a way to close the gap between the Submit button and the text;</p> <p>"Note!!!!
