&#60;p&#62;So you need to disable the &#60;strong&#62;Limit One Entry Per User&#60;/strong&#62; and then enable the &#60;strong&#62;No Duplicate&#60;/strong&#62; rule for your email field.

<description>&#60;p&#62;The rule that prevents someone from filling the form twice uses an IP address to limit submissions. Many of my users would have the same ISP gateway (IP address). Is it possible to limit submissions by e-mail address rather than an IP address.
