add a jquery mask to setup telephone numbers in Brazilian format

    hi, i wish to add a jquery javascript to define the Phone field with a mask
    here in Brasil we have 3 kind of mask

    some regions has ( xx) xxxxx-xxxx ( xx) regional code xxxxx-xxxx >> cel phone for larger cities
    ( xx) xxxx-xxxx ( xx) regional code xxxx-xxxx >> cel phone for smaller and farest cities from Brasilia ( capital)
    ( xx) xxxx-xxxx ( xx) regional code xxxx-xxxx >> residential phone

    with a simply jquery mask javascript i can define in the phone field this mask and solve the problem for anyone in the world.. this solution could be applicable to every customer of Machform.

    i wasn´t able to find where the html start ( supposed i´m a dumb)
