add data to zoho crm via webhooks

    Hello,

    We wish to add data received in machform on form submission on our website directly into zoho crm to make a new lead. For that we are using webhooks feature in machform.

    The problem is it is not working. Please tell me what is missing what to do to make it working.

    Has anyone done it before .. can someone point me to the right person or link where i can find solution ...
