   My institution is a community college in the United States. It would save the IT staff a lot of work if we could let users create and manage their own forms, but the administration is very concerned that some forms might collect inappropriate data or be used for inappropriate purposes. We would like to request that an approval process be added to Machform. All of the new forms created would be placed in a queue so that a designated user (possibly an Admin or possibly a user in a new "approver" role) could review them and then either approve the forms, so they could be "published" to the web site, or not approve them, possibly sending the form creator a message giving the reason for the non-approval.

   I realize this is a huge new feature and a lot of details will have to be worked out before it can be implemented, so I don't expect to see it any time soon. But it would make Machform much more appealing to institutional users if a feature like this could be added at some point.
