Feature request: Password protected forms LDAP authentication option

    Now that we can authenticate signing on to the Machform admin interface against the user credential in our LDAP, I would love to have the option to create a password protected form that also authenticates against our LDAP, rather than using a fixed password that must be assigned when the "Turn On Password Protection" option is chosen on the Form Properties tab during form editing.

    This would be helpful to us because my institution is a two-year college and we have some forms that we want to make available only to college employees. We do have a portal and and are using this to restrict access, but for forms that involve very sensitive information, we would like an additional level of control over who can submit the forms.
