   Hello all-

   I have an interesting scenario I'm hoping that could work.I am trying to create a drop-down menu question, that would store an additional field in the database based on the selection the user makes, so for an example, it might look like:

   Question 1:
   Option A
   Option B
   Option C

   but it would store:
   Option A, 12345

   or alternatively would store
   Option A
   and in a separate field
   12345

   Any ideas or help you can provide would be appreciated.
