Purchase a Form

    The form I have created is to be used as a "Mentoring" tool for young adults. We would like to charge a fee to use the form and give the person an option of purchasing a single form, or alternatively Bulk Purchase the forms.

    1. What would be the procedure to implement this?
    2. How can we ensure that they only access the number of forms they have paid for?

    Would welcome your ideas please?
