Redirect to 2nd form, based on multiple choices. Possible?

    Hi Yuniar (and other staff),

    I have a question; is it possible to forward an user to a different form based on their selection on multiple choice?

    For example;

    Form 1
    What do you want to do (multiple choice question):
    a) I want to send you message through contact form
    b) I lost my account information
    c) I want to place an order

    If an user selects option A they would be forwarded to our contact form (for example form 11).
    If an user selects option C they would be forwarded to our order form (for example form 14).
    etc.

    Is this possible with Machform? If not, no problem, then I will create a simple form which does that itself.
