Reporting of an existing user

    So I have created a form on the first page of my site that requires someone to fill in the form before they can view the site. I am going to limit one entry per IP address but I would like to not only export data daily with all of the new entries, but also export the data of people that visited that page that had already filled out the form in the past. This way I can track repeat visits. Can you explain the best way to do this? Even if I need to edit your code, I would like to know what files should be edited and the best way to do this.
