Title element id

    I would like to use a custom form and insert the questions as well as the answer (element_id). Is this possible? I know with the template variables I can easily insert the answer using element_id but I'm applying logic and will have multiple different questions based on the way the form is filled out so using a custom email template becomes difficult unless I can insert the question as easy as the answer.
