Workflow - Almost....

Hi everytbody,
I m a new happy MF customer. The form works great. It has plenty of functionality. I was so amazed that i thought i could use MF to do some workflow. Here is what I accomplished, how i did it and....what s missing.
WHAT WE DO:
We receive customers enquiry to check availability on our website www.yourcasaparticular.com Of course we do that through MachForm.
When we know if a property is availble, we send a quotation to customer. If the customer accepts the quotation and makes a payment, then we send a confirmation email. So far, quotation and confirmation is done writing emails by hand (well, we have templates that we copy/paste).
GOAL:
Streamline sale process using MF as a workflow tool
WHAT I AM SETTING UP:
We inserted admin only fields into the form. When we receive a form, we modify it filling up admin only fields, such as price, downpayment, etc. At every sep of the sales process, we modify more hidden fields
We set up email logic rules: a different template for every situation:
- property available
- property not available, please check this alternative option
- thanks for your paymentEventhough these rules do not apply to forms modified by admin and hidden fields, email templates are saved and can be used when it comes to forwarding to the customer the appropriate template. As for Merge tags used in email templates they seem to work just fine also with invisible/admin only fields. Of course, we use different merge tags to populate the email templates for every scenario and it works just fine.
SUCCESS:
When we modify entries we save them. Then we push the email button and then "the more option button". After that we selelct the appropriate logic rules. Finally we copy and paste customer address which is already in the form. As a result, the customer receives the appropriate email, properly filled up with form contents (including our entries).
It is not totally automatic, but it spares us the pain to cut, paste and amend email templates. Not to mention that the final result is much more professional and error free
FAIL:
The process is streamlined, but no not fully automatic. Some simple manual intervention is still required. It seems that logic does not apply to hidden and admin only fields. If this was the case, we would have achieved full automation of the work flow.
MY QUESTION:
Is there any code or clever workaround someone can suggest me in order to apply logic capabilities also to hidden/admin only fields?
