[1045] Access denied for user error

    Hi guys, new to the software package and forum. Trying to instal onto site and the error below appears:
    "Error connecting to the database: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)"
    I've check my username and password and both are correct.

    My host service is Crazy Domains and I did have trouble when I installed PHPList. Support from Crazy Domains had to amend the ht.access file.

    Any help appreciated
