   I want to add a textfield to every option in a checkbox field. Is there any way I can add or change code in order to achieve that?

   Hi,

   Do you mean, you want to allow user to fill another option (a text box) on your check box field.
   If so, you can simply enable "Allow Client to Add Other Choice" option on checkbox field properties.

   However, if you need to add a text box for each list options, I'm afraid this won't possible. You need to separate 1 option and 1 text box for each list.
