   We would like to add text to our forms that is not saved and does not appear in any e-mail. We would also like to include links on our forms so that a user can click on the like and cause a PDF to be displayed in a separate window. This will show the user a picture of the item he/she is ordering. Any possibility of doing these with MachForm? Any other methods?

   Yes and yes.
   1) You can use a section break and you have the option whether to send the text in the confirmation email or not.

   2) In a section break you could include a link to a .PDF like I did on this form:

   Here' s the code for my link to the .PDF:

   If you want more information about this or about including a .JPG in the confirmation email, fill out the form and indicate in the comments field that you want a reply.
