   On my form I have a check box with text that reads "I have read the League Rules and League Charter. I agree to abide by them during my participation in this program"

   I would like the words League Rules and League Charter to be a link to the rules and charter page. Can this be done? Please advise...

   You want just a link? No button, selection or check box?

   Just use the 'Section Break' on the form and use the anchor attribute to make it a link.
