Adding URL to submitted data

    Hi, many years ago I asked you how to record the URL of the page from which the form is submitted. You gave me the details of the changes to the files required to do this - we are now considering upgrading to the latest version of this superb software - can you confirm that we can record the URL as before and how would we do this using the latest version of Machform?

    Yes, you can simply use any of the following merge tag as the default value of your text field:

    {http_referer}
{request_uri}
