Any way to change description such as the first/last name to another language?

    I'm building a form for both French and English, sure I can change the name , phone number, email to any other language but is it possible to change the first and last name descriptions, DD/MM/YY to JJ/MM/YY? but with each form being independent of each other?.

    You can edit "language.php" file to change the field label language, then use this method to make multiple language on your forms :
