   Would greatly appreciate any help in how to fix the below error.

   Error sending email!
   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /xxxxx/machform/includes/helper-functions.php:916) in /xxxx/machform/confirm_embed.php on line 48

   After testing the form, it seems this error only pops up for those that saved there progress & resumed later. Then when the form is submitted they receive the above error.

   I have the latest Machform version: 4.8 installed
   PHP 7.04

   And forgot to add that the form does get submitted - even though the error shows up in the fornt end & there is no suucess message.
   So, applicants are thinking that their form hasn't been submitted.

   Really need help with this.
