Associated E-mail does not work

    I have copied and modified and existing form that still works perfectly.

    The new Travel form appears to work perfectly right up to and including confirming that the data from the form has been successfully sent, but in reality the e-mail has not been sent.

    I have logged into the ManageForms control panel and can see the clients data has been recorded, but the e-mail not sent and it does not get sent even if I try directly from the ManageForm control panel.

    Any suggestions?

    So the email issue only affect that one particular form?
    If so, try to re-save the email setting for that form.
