Automatic emails being sent to spam

I'm having a bit of an issue with spam and the automatic emails. Whenever somebody fills out our automatic email form, the emails get sent to spam. We've tried marking all emails that come through as not spam (we are on Google Apps for Business), but it hasn't seemed to fix the problem. We get a lot of emails a day, so having things sent to spam is problematic as we might miss one of the forms.
Any help would be appreciated!

Is your MachForm being configured to use SMTP server? If not, most likely the IP address of your website server is being listed on the email spamlist database.
You might want to check it by using this tool:
http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspxAlso, it might help if you implement SPF (Sender Policy Framework):

Currently it is not configured to the SMTP server. I went to the mxtoolbox site, and apparently I'm not blacklisted. I also went and read up about the SPF, but... I admit that's probably a little bit over my head. Would configuring the SMTP server possibly solve the problem? I... very well could figure out how to do that bit, heh.
We have had problems in the past regarding emails being sent to spam since our website has the word "money" in the name, which sets off some spam filters. Could this be the issue?

Try to configure your MachForm to use SMTP server first. If that doesn't work either, it might be some keyword or link (if you have any) within your email content.
