[BUG?] Unchecking option 1 doesn't clear option 2 based on option 1

Hi,
I have posted what I believe is a bug, please see picture:
http://gyazo.com/f3e61f8e66d2c176c2212c46f9edcdab
Basically, when I click on the first option to reveal the second group of options, and click on one of the options within the second group of options to update the price, if I decide to change my mind and uncheck the first option then the price still stays the same because the checkbox in the second group of options does not clear. Second option should clear and price should go back to zero since second option has a dollar value associated with it.

I agree Machform should reset to the original value of the field when set to hide by way of the conditional logic settings, but I'm not sure it ever did this, so wouldn't class it as a bug as such, simply an omission of such a feature.
I have replicated what you describe (link below) - http://www.murraywebs.net/mf/view.php?id=20687
I'm sure others would have come across such an issue but can't find any similar posts here.

MachForm won't be able to restore any previous selections to its original value.
However, when the field is being hidden, it shouldn't be included as part of the total price calculation. This part is the bug.
We have the fix for this. Please contact us directly and we'll send you the fix. Only one file (view.js) need to be updated.MachForm Founder
