   I copied a form and the new copy accepted changes at first (at least to the form title, which I can still change now), but now when I go to add a User Guideline to a Multi Choice field, it won't take. The words are there until I click "Save Form" then when I reopen the form, they have been deleted. Or when I change the text for one of the choices on the multi choice field, it reverts to the previous text after I save the form.

   I tried refreshing the page, I tried making the changes in Chrome. Same results.

   I have had other anomalies when copying a form, but I didn't have time to report them then.

   I had an unclosed HTML bold tag in the first field and opening and closing HTML bold tags in the second field. when I removed them all, I could edit again.
