   How do I have both these in the custom CSS class part. Atm I can only get one or the other to go. "column_2", "guidelines_bottom"

   The second question would be is there a way to pad the columns? E.g. using column_3 but hiding the middle text box so the alignment is still good?

   Simply put both classes, separate them with space like this: "column_2 guidelines_bottom"

   Regarding the padding, it better to use custom css code for this. If you could let me know the URL to your form, I might be able to provide you with more specific code.
