    Have you done any reconfiguring of your server? The URL you gave goes directly to your machform admin sign in BTW.

    I tried testing the email by using the code below:
    <?php
    if (mail('backup@vandapromotions.com', 'email test','test email'))
    {
    echo 'mail send!';
    }
    ?>
    I got a mail sent confirmation but did not receive any email. I am receiving my other day to day emails. Am really struggling with this and hoping that you can help me out soon.

    You can send the info to: customer.service [at] appnitro.com
    They'll help you in fixing it.

    They'll also most likely need a temporary FTP access to check your files locally.

    Hope you get it fixed soon!

    Thanks for your help. I have sent them a request already. I am also in touch with my provider to see if the problem is at their end.

    I will wait and see if it works today..

    Just a note, problem solved. There was a problem with the PHP mail function on his server and the hosting company fixed it.
