Create a drop Menu where once 1 option is submitted it is removed

    Basically I want to create a field that contains time slots. Once a client selects a time slot and submits the form I want that specific time slot to be removed from the form. Is this possible? Is there a custom CSS for this?

    @bethwiggins: You can do this if you have Machform version 4.4 or higher. You need to create a multiple choice or drop down field and, under "Choice Limit", check "Enable Choice Limit" and in "Only allow each choice to be selected [0] times" change the "0" to "1". This should do exactly what you are looking for. There is one shortcoming with the current implementation of this feature, which I have just posted about here:
