   I'm using the form to enable entry of multiple titles. Is there a way I can do this so that a user can have an easy to use table with 4 columns and say around 100 rows?

   Actual table is not possible, but you can adjust your fields to be aligned 4 fields each row. Check this post for instruction:

   However, 100 rows seems to be quite large I must say. I suggest to make it shorter.
   It's better the do the submission multiple times on a small chunk than one large submission.
