create variable URL address from input selections

Hello
suppose i run a website about dogs and cats in both the USA and Canada. I would like to redirect people to specific RSS subscription URLs depending on their specific interests
so the possible choices would be:
USA- dogs ( www.domain.com/usa/dog/rss )
USA- cats ( www.domain.com/usa/cat/rss )
Canada- dogs ( www.domain.com/canada/dog/rss )
Canada- cats ( www.domain.com/canada/dog/rss )if i give people dropdown field inputs for either USA/Canada and for either CAT/Dog, how can i create a resulting variable to dynamically create a URL so I can redirect them to one of the specific RSS URLs for my website (which are automatically made by wordpress)
basically i need to assemble a custom URL based on field selections
any advice would be appreciated
