   Not sure why this is happening but everytime we duplicate a form the style sheet is missing.

   There's an example of what I'm talking about. I can go in and create the missing style sheet by coping it from another form but shouldn't it copy everything over automatically when duplicating the form?

   BTW, we are running the application on Windows IIS Server if that is any help for troubleshooting this issue.

   Just as a reference, this is the stylesheet for the form link above that is missing.

   <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="./data/form_22/css/view.css" media="all" />

   The folder doesn't get created within the "data" directory, so I just copy from an existing folder and change the form ID within the folder and it will work.

   That seems to be folder permission issue. Make sure to set the permission of your "data" folder to be fully writable by your IIS user.
