Customizing forms

    Hello:

I would like to have a small, simple form that just collects names and email id's so I can build a database for distribution of newsletters. I want just three lines:
    ------------------------------
    Name: (a box for input)
Email: ( a box for input)
    (Submit Button) (Reset Button)
    ------------------------------

I want to be able to place this in a small div on my page. Please see my test page at:
http://www.smalltownesolutions.com/hhgcc. The div is on the right side of the page under the weather icons. Is this possible? Thanks.

Yes it's possible, you can put iFrame embed code to there.

Thanks for your response. I tried that, but when I attempted to alter the dimensions of the table cells, margins, etc. in my html editor, I received error messages (something about Sharepoint Services and how they're set up on my provider's servers), and my changes apparently had to update a file called imbed.php. After that, the form didn't work anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

That's really weird error message. Can you put it again so we can see it?

Thanks, with a little persistence, I've got it working - and in the meantime learned a little about the shortcomings of my HTML editor.
